Anne is the reason our relationship is now on a whole different trajectory! as a married couple who thought their communication was good she showed us why our communication wasn’t working for us and changed how we communicated for the first time in the 15 years we’ve been together.

She helped us understand one another on a level which made us understand ourselves first to Then our reactions and mindsets on how we have felt about our partner in the past. We had to shift and this takes work and acceptance of the other person- knowing we are different used to cause a lot of frustration but Anne made us see this in a productive perspective and implemented strategies to help adapt our actions and thoughts towards each other.

Appreciating the great qualities that come with our differences sounds simple but would have been impossible without Anne’s input. We have finished our sessions but we are able to hold onto what we have learnt and use it when we need to! There were only a few times we rang Anne up when we really felt we needed help and we appreciate that she makes herself available when she can to help us in those moments of hopelessness.
